Default Factions trader = K and L

We have the Balthazar trader, Luxon, and Kurzick faction traders. When we PVP folk get maxxed out of Rit and Assassin weapons and new skills we are than stuck at 10 k useless faction. Let's have a trader in which we can trade Balthazar faction into either Kurzick or Luxon Faction, so the 10 k Faction cap won't go to waste and more possibilities with faction.

/not signed for a straight transfer of Faction from one to the other.

/signed if there might be a ratio like 10 to 1.

Yeah, there ought to be some use for Balthazar faction after everything is unlocked, or there would be no incentive for people to play Random or Team arena instead of 12v12
Luzon and Kurzick faction is still a lot easier to earn than Balthazar, so it's not like you could use the arenas to earn it faster than everyone else.

On a related note, I think it would be nice if you could change Luxon/Kurzick faction into Balthazar (at a greatly reduced rate because those factions are easier to gain points), because I have not unlocked everything yet personally, and would like to keep working at unlocking everything and still be able to enjoy the new competition arenas in factions...
